- For our Industry Sector in Shanghai,we are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Strategy Implementation

- Implement HR strategy in accordance with the defined targets made by the HR manager to guarantee the contribution of personnel policy to the company's success.

2.Employee Recruitment

- In order to make sure the each unit have enough human resources, as well as according to the individual business demand, to find suitable candidate via multiple channels, to organize interview via variable measurements, and provide consulting.

3.Personnel Development

- In order to have the high quality and competitive employees, and base on the company level HR stragety and business demand, to support each unit to complete the performance management process, and facilitate the implementation.

4.HR Project Works

- Involvement of HR project Initiated by HR manager/Management to ensure its implementation to achieve the project goal.

5.Personnel Administration

- To ensure the daily business running, and base on the state policies and laws to complete the administration work, New comer employment, integration, probation assessment, Labor contract management, internal trasnfer, Overseas trip, filing, Seperation, etc.

- Functioning as an HR central point of contact with all resources for day to day HR related topics to employees and managers in BG/CD.

- Supporting C&B Consutlant on Compensation management, like compensation package definiton, special payment, incentive agreement, social insurance trasnfer, etc.

6.Consulting

Business Partner of the management of the assigned unit,

- Find best solutions for technical questions and problems that arise.

- Support the development of high performance organization and people excellence.

- Ensure high quality and timely support to assigned unit in the process of target setting, budgeting, and manpower planning, annual PMP, competency management, change management.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.3-5 years as HR generalist/specialist or line function experience.
2.2-3 years working experience in foreign enterprises/organization

What else do I need to know?

1. Famaliar with labor law

2. Basic knowledge of HR process

3. Good communication skill
