- For our Corporate Technology in Shanghai we are looking for a Sr. Key Expert at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Maintain special knowledge and experience in the core area of medical imaging device design and development. Serve as the ""technical conscience"" for the strategically important roadmap path of image mining.

- Influences the economic results of the RG by defining and acquiring new business with the H IM BUs. Drive innovation and creates technical specifications for the projects. Supports RG's technology roadmap and contributes to internal and external technical boards.

- Drive projects to full success with the proper process.

- Identify the trends in the technical area internally and externally for the optimization of scanner technology

- Represent RG interests externally: Publish in relevant academia, be part of international conferences, define technical standards, maintain excellent networks with institutes, universities, certification agencies, appraisers, and consultants.

- Train and qualify RG team members and actively pass on knowledge.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Ph.D degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related areas.
- At lease 5 years work experience in the medical imaging device industry, perferraly with large imaging modalities.
- Deep knowledge and rich working experience in imaging device physics
- Ability to lead engieering team to drive R&D projects
