Responsibilities:
Head up a small team of buyers for a high quality kids’ footwear brand
In-charge of the buying activities for each season for Asian markets ( China, South-east Asia)
Set target for sell through and maintain the budgeted profit margin
Conduct seasonal OTB analysis and allocation
Monitor sales performance and ensure reasonable stock level
Be a key player in the whole supply chain management
Provide product training to relevant counterparts, e.g. Operations, Marketing, etc.
Travel to overseas as required


Requirements:
Degree holder in Merchandising or related disciplines, with at least 8 years experience in kids’ footwear retail merchandising
Familiar and well knowledgeable in kids’ footwear market for Mainland China、HongKong and South East Asia
Passionate with great taste level, has “gut” intuition and instinct knowing customer will like
Sensitive sense in Planogram for customer selection
Self-motivated, responsible, sharp and discerning
Smart with numbers and analyzing financial information
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
