职位要求：
１. 计算机相关专业，本科学士，满３年以上QAD（MFG/PRO）及WMS系统技术支持及维护经历；熟悉QAD软件和各部门模块的使用和疑难问题解答。
２. 曾经做过ERP系统实施和维护或工作经历曾解决公司QAD(MFG/PRO)系统各模块中日常运行过程中出现的问题相关技术背景。
３. 英文四级，读写熟练，口语能基本交流优先，良好职业品质，做过亚太区技术优先。
主要职责：
１.负责培训如何更好的使用mfg/pro系统；
２.为亚太区工厂提供QAD/WMS等应用系统支持，分析用户反应的问题并提供解决方法；
３.通过设计提供解决方法及其交付新的流程，评估QAD的新功能及其它的客制化需求；
４.为流程持续改进分析用户的需求，确定用户的需求和定制的解决方案来满足用户需求；
５.对问题的解决方法，建立团队内部知识库和规范文档；
６.按用户要求，能运用4GL语言提供其他支持；

TCS China Profile
TCS pioneered the entry of Indian IT industry in China in 2002 and remains at the forefront of that thrust. TCS is the first WOFE (wholly-owned foreign enterprise) in China and now operates 6 Global Delivery centers (GDCs) --Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Dalian.
TCS has been focusing on creating intellectual investments in China by bringing pioneered offshore development methodology into the country. TCS continues to hire talented engineers and IT professionals from the region and its universities, strengthening its existing base in China. Today, TCS China has capabilities in providing services in 9 different languages including English, Mandarin (S & T), Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese.
In 2005, TCS was invited by Chinese Government to form a Joint Venture (JV) to create a large scale global offshoring base in China. The JV, supported by National Development and Reforms Commission (NDRC), leverages the strengths of the different partners in technology, software development, and consulting, including the best-of-class processes and practices of TCS.
