JOB PURPOSE / MAIN MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES:

Defend and protect the global interest of the company.
Ensure that the Compliance program and Legal Policy of the Head Office are implemented.
Participate to the improvement of the internal legal and compliance processes.
Write, negotiate and maintain a wide range of contracts (e.g. distribution, purchase, sales and services agreements).
Be the main contact for sales teams and retail stores about all legal aspects.
Conduct and execute the implementation of legal documentation for new development.
Advise and alert the Head Office and each department of the company.
Assist in the management of litigations.
Deal with external legal counsels.
Establish and maintain Chinese legal watch.
Deal with insurance and corporate legal issues.


JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

1.Master's Degree in Corporate / Business Law

2.Degree in international law

3.Qualified in Chinese law



Experience & knowledge:

1.At least 2 to 5 years in similar corporate position

2.Relevant professional firm experience



Skills

1.English is a requirement - spoken, written and read - sufficient capability to negotiate and write contracts 2.in this language

3.Native Mandarin speaker

4.Knowledge of French language is a clear advantage

5.Experience in the retail environment is a clear advantage.
