Job Responsibilities:

1. Support the Event Manager to manage & execute production.

2. Work closely with designer to conceptualize creatively and plan events.

3. Vender management and cost control.

4. Expand and maintain supplier relations to ensure the events’ competitive advantages.

5. Information collection and efficient analysis about the projects.

Job Requirements:

1. 1-2 years in similar position, direct experience in marketing/PR Company preferred.

2. Have vender resources will be a plus.

3. Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

4. Good teamwork spirit and problem-solving skills.

5. Creativity and attention to detail.

6. Very organized, have creative idea and good at number for making event proposal.

7. Good command of English, both in written and spoken.

2. 活动执行期间与各协作部门保持沟通，确保项目管理有效推进。

3. 供应商开发管理并有效掌控预算。

4. 对活动及项目实施期间的数据进行收集和整理，并进行基础的分析整理。

5. 相关信息资料收集及整理归档。

职位要求：

1. 1-2年市场或公关公司相关工作经验。

2. 具有一定的文案撰写能力。

3. 具有一定的供应商资源。

4. 善于沟通与协调，具备团队协作能力。

5. 良好的创意能力与预算控制能力。

6. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
