Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement the Yuanliu communication strategies

? Communicates major functional/department goals, projects and the induction program
? 传达公司主要远景目标、计划
? Finds ways to tell the Yuanliu story by using a variety of channels and voices
? 寻求各种有效途径传达公司相关讯息
? Measures effectiveness of communication efforts
? 实施有效的传播工作
? Provides communication consultation and support the Yuanliu organization senior leadership
? 给予公司高层领导工作支持并提供相关咨询
? Serves as a voice and advocate for field-based employees, bringing forward perspectives and information from a variety of locations and job levels;
? 为公司各个部门、地区、职级的同事传达诉求、提出观点等内部横向沟通提供有效途径
? Provides input into operational planning and decision making from a communications and change management perspective
? 沟通并改变管理角度从而制定运营计划和决策
? Create a onthly newsletter and a daily blog in order to communicate effective, timely and directly with all staff in the organization
? 建立起定期的内部沟通协调机制

任职资格
Education
教育背景
? Bachelor's degree in Communications or Journalism, an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience in a related field
? 新闻学或者传播学本科以上学历及相关工作、培训经历
? A minimum of 7 years of corporate communications experience
? 7年以上相关工作经验

Work Experience & Skills

? Experience working in the Luxury retail industry

? Experience managing communications through multiple delivery channels (BBS, print, video, in-person meetings, etc.)
