Job Description:
1、建立和完善葡萄酒及烈酒培训体系、培训制度，并拟定培训课程
Establish and improve the wine and spirits training system, and to develop training courses
2、定期为销售部门提供红酒专业知识、文化和品牌产品价值培训。
Have the wine knowledge, culture and brand value training for the sales department on a regular basis
3、指导销售人员及经销商进行红酒宣传与销售。
Guide sales staff and distributors for the wine & spirits promotion and sales
4、参与重要的品鉴活动，进行公司产品宣传与推广。
Participate in activities of the tasting, public events and promotion for wine & spirits training
5、更新、归纳葡萄酒与烈酒文化与知识，及时整理培训课件。
Update and summarize the wine & spirits culture and knowledge in a timely manner and reorganize training courseware
6、归纳形成不同规模标准的培训形式。
Base on the different training style to make the standard the training format.


Requirements:
1、 熟悉葡萄酒行业，精通葡萄酒知识。Familiar with the wine industry, proficient in wine knowledge
2、3年以上培训师和讲师经验。3 years Trainers and lecturers experience
3、拥有WSET 2级，ISG 初级国际认证。At least have the WEST 2 and ISG 1 certificate
4、热爱葡萄酒事业，热衷传播葡萄酒文化。Love the wine industry, keen to spread wine culture
5、良好的沟通及培训技巧Good presentation and communication skills
6、英文听说读写流利。Fluent English and Chinese
