CLIENT SUMMARY
Our Client is an expanding, dynamic team specializing in helping foreign clients with China strategic market entry, establishment and maintenance of (foreign invested) companies, mergers & acquisitions across a wide range of businesses and industries.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Helped clients to set up WFOEs and handled all the procedures
2. Carried out registrations with the tax authorities and customs
3. Know how to obtain a work permit for foreign employees
4. Being a professional consultant capable of independently and professionally working on projects and client needs as part of a team and individually as required.
5. Commercial astuteness, self motivation, maturity, able to work proactively, solves problems and makes decisions unsupervised if need be.
6. Work and act resourcefully with a "can-do" results orientated attitude to challenges and problem solving.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. University qualifications mandatory.
2. Native Chinese speaker with excellent spoken English and report writing in English.
3. Good at Microsoft Word, Excel and research methods.
4. Working experience with registration and filing procedures to establish companies, primarily foreign invested enterprises.
5. Flexibility to handle a broad range of company work assignments and needs.
