JOB SUMMARY:

1. Give sufficient marketing input on BOTOX strategic and marketing plan basing on good market knowledge of BOTOX branding

2. Execute national level marketing activities targeting HCPs audiences to increase BOTOX SOV in China market like CMAC and any other society congress

3. Implement series of training programs targeting HCPs from both of public and private hospitals at national level

4. Collaborate with medical affairs to execute relevant activities initiated by them like EIW,TTT

5. Build up and maintain professional relationships with national and regional KOLs .

6. Develop the promotion material consistently and creatively basing on explicit brand position and message to support sales team for HCP education

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor degree or above on medicine or healthcare related, preferably with extra MBA or business degree

2. Pharmaceutical sales and an additional two years pharmaceutical marketing experience

Note: Marketing experience with top 10 pharmaceutical company would be highly preferred, but not essential

Essential Skills and Abilities

1. Excellent task execution with good accountability

2. Good teamwork and written/verbal communication skills

3. Good presentation and training skills

4. Good English both in oral and writing

5. Good computer literacy with Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
