Key Responsibilities
1. Participate as a team member in several business audit projects each year. Be familiar with the Finance Manual and other company policies.
2. Understand the business of each process (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Financing, Marketing Sales & Service, Product Development and etc.) and identify/evaluate risks
3. Communicate with people at various levels in different markets, work with senior people in audit locations and resolve conflicts properly
4. Identify and discuss audit findings with audit focal, audit manager and auditees on a timely basis.
5. When leading internal audit projects, develop audit plans, allocate work tasks to team members, chair meetings with audit management and operation management, and manage the whole audit progress. Communicate audit status, results and recommendations to appropriate management.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree is required.
2. Four or five years audit experience in Big 4 or other leading audit/consulting firms in China or internal audit/internal control experience with MNCs in China.
3. Extensive knowledge of general professional fields such as business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, operations management, and/or government regulations.
4. Excellent written and spoken English.
5. Qualification of CPA, CIA, CISA, ACCA or equivalent will be a plus.

Special requirement
Flexible to travel within and outside Asia Pacific as required (30 weeks out of 52 weeks)
