职位描述

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute Dealer technical training strategy and systems in support of the FIRTFT and customer satisfaction targets.
2. Manage the scope of Training and Process improvement to create a professional and profitable dealer network.
3. Develop and execute a standard competency matrix for key Dealer service positions and ensure relevant training is available to support all key competencies.
4. Manage the Dealer staff needs assessment and accreditation process and ensure appropriate training is developed to close any identified gaps.
5. Develop a tracking system and achieve the annual dealer technical training plan. Identify and utilize as appropriate blended training solutions (e.g., web/classroom).
6. Work closely with business departments across Marketing, Sales and Service to accurately support their business objectives.
7. Manage the New Dealer service operations training to ensure sufficient support is provided to new Dealers prior to opening.
8. Ensure clear and consistent communication and coordination with dealers.
9. Effectively manage the budget and costs associated with the technical training function and provide cost savings and efficiencies where possible.
10. Select and effectively manage training suppliers to ensure a high standard of service is delivered consistently.
11. Implement a product training strategy and manage the development and delivery of all products training to ensure effective product launch and sustainment across all dealers.

Qualifications:
1. Education Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree (Automotive related preferable)
2. 5 - 7 years working experience
3. Professional Exposure (Technical Skills): Automotive experience in technical & process implementation, strong knowledge/experience of dealership operations/processes.Experience in premium Auto brand is preferred
4. Preferred previous experiences: Technical Training Management
5. Functional Skills: Ability to assess local Market knowledge and apply accordingly. Experience of Technical Training systems and requirements. Strong understanding of dealership operations. Cross functional Knowledge and Experience (Sales, Service, Marketing)
6. Behavioral Skills:
- Ability to manage and direct multiple personnel, projects, dealers and suppliers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strategic Planning and Tactical Execution
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to scope & deliver projects to the agreed timing
- Collaboration skills needed to implement and change existing dealer processes
