Your responsibilities:

• Implementing efficiency improvement projects through the effective implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for manufacturing companies in various industries


• Coaching Customers in efficiency improvement tools and methods


• Understanding and integrating Customer/Industry specific requirements


• Preparing and presenting status and results to Customers


• Facilitating Workshops and training of Customer's Employees


• Achieving the project targets in line with Ingenics Quality Standards

Your profile:

• Above-average Degree or Masters in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Technology and 3-5 years experience in the manufacturing industry


• Ability to meet high quality standard requirements


• Work Experience related to maximizing the productivity of Plant and Equipment


• Deep founded knowledge of TPM methods and tools


• Hands on experience of Lean Production in international manufacturing companies, especially automotive OEMs, 1^st and 2^nd Tier Suppliers


• Ability to structure complex tasks


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including quick understanding and active listening, good team player


• Setting and observing time schedules and budget controlling are as essential as creating status reports


• Willingness to take challenges, work under pressure, keep learning and self-improvement continuously


• Based in Shanghai. Willingness for domestic and international travel over longer project durations is required


• Excellent command of Chinese (preferably native speaker), plus English and/or German


• Ability to work independently with customers in complex project tasks as well as working in international project teams
