Job Purpose

1. To provide customer service management for US region, to give administrative co-ordination and support, to work as interface to smooth business and logistic activities.

2. To handle customers requests and to provide solutions.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Monitor, capture and highlight business administrative issues

2. Work closely with customer's business team, SMIC CE project owner, PC, Sales to co-ordinate execution of issues directly or through the relevant responsible functions as appropriate.

3. Develop and maintain appropriate working systems to help improve efficiency and effectiveness of account administration (working with CE, sales, CS and customer).

Position Specification

1. BS Degree or above

2. Should have good core competencies on Customer Service Oriented, Communication skills, Teamwork spirit, Proactive, Pursue Excellence, innovation & Continuous Improvement, Planning and Execution, Analytical Thinking &Problem Solving.

3. Good English language

4. Excellent communication skill

5. Commitment to service and sales and willingness to work under a flexible timetable, and can work under pressure

6. Must have positive service attitude
