职位描述

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


1. Lead development of HR policies and procedures and accountable for implementation and oversight of global HR strategy within assigned region.
2. Responsible for selecting, training, leading, and assessing a qualified HR workforce to provide excellent service in the region.
3. Accountable for providing input to VP of HR and managing HR budget within assigned region to ensure accomplishment of departmental and organizational goals.
4. Accountable for recruiting and retention strategies, processes, and services within assigned region to ensure adequate workforce necessary to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
5. Working within the corporate compensation strategy, establish and manage compensation processes and policies to ensure the best workforce at acceptable cost for assigned region
6. Direct training and development activities within assigned region to ensure employees are properly trained for current duties and developed for the future
7. Accountable for ensuring cost-effective benefit programs are in place in each location within the region which meet legal requirements and establish that is a competitive employer
8. Responsible for employee relations and legal compliance in employee issues as they arise.
9. Accountable for HRIS data integrity with the region and responsible for collaborating with HR Super User to ensure system implementation and maintenance meets the global data standardization strategy.
10. Lead human capital aspects of new operations in the region as well as acquisitions that may occur.
11. Collaborate with other senior HR leaders and the VP of HR to create and manage the global human capital management strategy
12. Performing other duties as requested.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelors’ degree in business, human resources, or related field.
2. A minimum of ten (10) years human resources leadership experience to include recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employment law.
3. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in supervising staff.
4. Demonstrated experience leading a team of HR managers.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including demonstrated ability in negotiation and persuasion.
6. Capability to leverage HR metrics to guide organizational effectiveness.
7. Extensive knowledge of applicable laws regarding employment practices.
8. Willingness and ability to travel internationally.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master’s degree in business, HR or related field.
2. Experience leading HR in a Lean/Six Sigma environment.
3. Experience with Oracle HR
4. Certification in the HR field, such as a PHR, SPHR or GPHR.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

1. Work performed in an office environment.
2. International travel by car or plane up to 40% annually.
