职位描述
Position: Packaging Engineer
Report: Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Establish the product quality standard/requirements;
2. Take part in the whole project process of Planning, performing and delivery, to insure the product to meet the customer requirement with economic packaging cost;
3. Assure design phase/toll gate review to meet the quality requirements.
4. Design packaging style; make reliability analysis and studies, etc.
5. To be able to communicate and with internal customers (e.g. Sourcing personnel, Quality personnel, Project Managers, Technical Team leaders etc) within project preparation and development phases
6. Co-operating with cross functional teams in different part of product development cycle
7. Develop and continuous improvement of product specification
8. Project quality management.
a) Responsible to recognize the new project risk items and start project risk evaluation.
b) Get critical component list from design team and make critical component approval plan.
c) Record each area quality issues include packaging, material and reliability test.
d) Get improvement plan from design team and validate the availability till to close the issue.
e) Project maturity management on every design stage, evaluate every indication achieve status till to complete.
9. Analyze quality issues on design stage.
10. Transfer the documents and quality standards to relevant departments, and track the first shipment quality performance till to quality stabilization
