Brief Introduction of research institute
TianJin Low Carbon Urban Research institute is established with the cooperation TianJin New Financial Investment Co. Ltd, which directly managed by TianJin City Government and take the responsibility as the operator of TianJin BinHai New areas’ CBD, and TENIO Building and Construction Design Corp. Relevant International specialized research institutes will involve in this foundation as well.
The Research Institute aims to implement and practice the overall planning of “the reform and innovation comprehensive pilot trial” for TianJin Binhai New Area which given to official by State Council in National Letter 2008 Nr.26. The primary task for Research Institute is to take the responsibility to the establishment and development of the framework and Index system for YuJiaPu Central Business District, the district with 950*104 m2 construction area has been officially designated by APEC as Low Carbon Model town. Research Institute will support this project mainly in the fields of the research and development of Low Carbon technique, standard Index, the implementation phase consultation, and the Life Cycle Analysis of energy efficiency supervision. Through These efforts, the Research Institute endeavor to make TianJin BinHai New Area CBD attaining the target of the milestone Low Carbon Green City and the Centre of Green Supply Chain.
Due to the National Low Carbon Development Strategy and the leading of BinHai New Area’s policy “Practice first, attempt first”, the Research Institute gain sufficient degree of backup from the policy and government low carbon research project. The ambitious of the Research Institute is to serve the BinHai New Area and TianJin, covering the whole China and become an famous influential research institute among the world.

Job Qualification:
1.Two year work/academic research experiences in the Low Carbon Projects and Green Building Projects.
2.For the applicants, master degree or above for the major relevant to urban planning or architecture is required.
3.The applicants who have different major for his bachelor courses and undergraduate courses are expected.
4.Oversee background applicants are preferable. Applicants who have good English, Japanese or Swedish skills are preferable.
5.The applicants should not only have good capability of overall viewpoint, logical thinking and analysis, sustainable learning and innovation, communication and written expression, widely broad of knowledge and professional attitude.

Salary :　
Attractive Salary:120-30 thousand RMB per year (The core specialist may share the equity). The personal salary in this range would be evaluated due to the specialized level and working experience.

Welfare:

研究院简介：
天津市低碳城市研究院，在天津市政府领导下由政府平台公司天津新金融投资有限责任公司（天津滨海新区中央商务区城市运营商）与天友建筑设计股份有限公司及引进的国际专业研究机构共同组建，是一所具有国际水准的低碳绿色城市领域专业研究机构。
研究院服务于天津市政府为贯彻落实《国务院关于天津滨海新区综合配套改革试验总体方案的批复》国函【2008】26号）和《天津市建设绿色城市和绿色供应链的工作方案》的工作，首要任务是负责总建筑面积为950余万平米，已正式被APEC（亚太经济合作组织）确定为低碳示范城镇的于家堡国际金融区控制框架的构建和指标体系的研发。研究院通过提供低碳领域技术研究、标准体系研究、项目实施咨询及能效监测的全生命周期研究，来实现将天津滨海新区中央商务区建成低碳绿色城市和绿色供应链中心。
依托国家低碳发展战略和滨海新区“先行先试”的政策指引，研究院享有较大程度的政策扶持和政府低碳研究项目支持。研究院最终将实现在低碳城市研究领域立足服务滨海，辐射全国、有一定世界影响力的发展目的。
任职资格：
1.低碳或绿色建筑领域2年以上专业研究或工作经历；
2.硕士以上学历，城市规划、建筑学等相关专业；
3.本科及研究生所学专业可以有所区别；
4.有海外背景及英语、日语、瑞典语等语言优势优先；
5.具有良好的全局观，严谨的分析能力，较强的逻辑思维能力，政策敏感性，较宽泛的知识涉猎，良好的学习能力，创新能力，组织能力、沟通和文字表达能力，较强的敬业精神和社会责任感。
薪酬福利：
待遇优厚，年薪人民币12-30万元（核心高端人才还可享有股权激励），具体薪酬根据个人专业能力及经验确定，并可选择多种合作方式。
