? Tracking for the production and stock status from different suppliers
? Placing order for different shops and prepare the budget
? Follow up shipment's entry note and delivery note for additional orders
? Follow up the packing list from different suppliers and closure on time
? Follow up the invoice issue in the system and ensure the delivery of the materials
? Arranging the all documents and drawings in good order
? Managing the shop opening tracking
? Follow up the interior additional orders from system
? Follow up the delivery of consumable items in SHA warehouse
? Follow up the new shipment tracking report
? Update the new orders everyday to complete the order analysis for whole year
? Work out the tracking form for shops. (Quantity of the shop for whole year, shop opening date, how many suppliers, franchise or corporate, contact and address)
? Collecting consumable shipping document from different suppliers
? Follow up the stock in different suppliers for display and stockroom items
