Job Requirements

Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities

1. Responsible for identifying and developing software, service, and support sales from new and existing accounts within an assigned territory to achieve an assigned sales quota 2. Analyzes customer requirements and promotes consideration of company products and services to fill requirements

3. Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans, and product development plans

4．Co-work with China Automotive team to finish China Automotive products target

Job Qualifications

1. BS degree or above in Vehicle Engineering or Electrical / Electronic Engineering preferred

2. More than 3 years of experience in direct selling in automotive industry with electrical and electronic systems and related field

3. Good communication skills and presentation skills

4. Familiar with China Automotive and Electronic industry, especially in Automotive electronics or MCAD or EE and skilled in cooperation with foreign fund company and private enterprise

5. Working hard and independently and good at planning and their implement

6. Aggressive, proactive, a strong team player and willing to accept challenges, learn new technologies and methodologies

7. Know Beijing and North China Automotive customers

8. Fluent in English

9. Travel required
