General Responsibilities:


-Be responsible to handle the shipment with freight collect
-Be responsible to handle the customs clearance and delivery Detailed Responsibilities:
-Checking the informations correct or not in the pre-alert.


Coordinate with overseas agent and the carrier to make the revise if any mistakes.
-Shipping schedule follow-up and send the arrival notice in time.
-Freight cost and selling rate calculation.


Making the formal charge list and confirm the freight with the client. Arrange the payment of freight to the carrier 7days before vessel arrival to promise the d/o exchange smooth.

-Prepare the docs for clearance with the client -Arrange the customs clearance, quarantine declaration and trucking under good order.

-Collect all the cost of local handling and issue the invoice to overseas agent or the client.

-Close file timely and correctly.

-Making CCS and update D-track timely and correctly.

-Cooperate with KAM, CS and Sales to satisfy with the request of the client.

-Accident report to the Supervisor and Manager timely.

-Shipping solution and suggestion to the overseas agent and the client.

-Other tasks assigned by manager.

Competency Requirements

-Communication: Good communication skill, service etiquette and real;

-Customer Service: Strongly sales oriented with excellent service etiquette;

-Team Work: Cooperative, and real team player with broad business insight;

-Self disciplined and good time management;

-Problem Solving: Good analytical skills and be solution provider;

-Result Orientation: Can use resources to achieve goals and objectives within timeline;

Qualifications

-Knowledge & Skills: Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight or sea freight, if noted by both import and export which will be preferable;

-Education & Training: Above College degree, above CET-4 good skill in computer use, good spoken & written English, and Mandarin;

-Experience: Freight forwarder experience at least 2 years( Foreign freight forwarder experience preferred) -Personal

Characteristics: High Responsibility attitude; active and open personality; energetic & proactive
