Requirements/任职要求
l College degree and above大专以上学历
l Minimum 2 year experience in customer service function至少二年相关客服工作经验

Functional area/职责
l Maintenance of customer information, customer material description and pricing in Scala 维护系统中客户信息，客户物料描述及价格
l Maintenance of customer database and document filing维护客户数据库和文件备案
l Order placing and follow ups订单的下达和有效跟踪
l Responsible for invoices in Scala and support Finance Department on related VAT Invoice issue. Keep good record on invoices in Scala to match to VAT Invoice 负责系统的发票操作，并协助财务部门开具相应的VAT发票。保证系统发票和VAT发票的良好记录及之间的可追溯性
l Responsible for all PO filing负责对PO存档
l Responsible for Account Reconciliation负责对账
l Achieve customer Satisfaction & Business Growth达到客户满意且业务增长
l Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
l Compliance to ISO9001-2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007遵照ISO9001-2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007
