POSITION SUMMARY:
Based on QOROS’s overall business strategy and planning as well as network strategy, assist infrastructure manager to develop and implement company retail facility standard in accordance with corporate CI requirement with QOROS vendors throughout China

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned.)
Assist Infrastructure Manager with improvement of QRED (QOROS Retailership Environment Development) standard, dealership facility management and identifying restriction causes
-Supervise, coordinate, manage & evaluate the designated professional third party agency’s design & PM services in retail facility environment design and construction project management
-Ensure a consistent and quality implementation, the facility visual appearance in accordance with QOROS brand image, CI and Retail Facility Standard
-Review each dealership project design drawings
-Monitor the process of implementation project and deliver weekly report
-Cope with the designed specific solutions to ensure the improvement results
-Participate in the particular onsite meetings as well as Pre-Opening Compliance Checks at new dealerships
-Facility improvement project management
-Identify and collect dealer or customers’ expectation and requirements on retail facility
-Keep updated with retail trends on market
-Benchmark best practice of retail facility design in and out of automotive industry
-Coordinate with external suppliers (e.g. signage, furniture, other core material venders) and to develop implementation plan
-Support in the meetings with internal dept, as well as external dealer clients, suppliers, etc

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
-Minimum of 2 years working experience in retail/dealership network development or architecture/interior related industry
-Bachelor degree in architecture, project management, construction management or related disciplines
-Retail facility management consulting experience preferred
-Automotive industry related experience and dealer experience is an addition
-Excellent oral and written communication ability

-Strong project management skill
-Strong Communication skills
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio and Power Point
-Strong inter-personal skill and high acceptance, especially with JVs
-Fluent English & Chinese, both oral and written
-Design related skills are additional preferred
