Work Location: Changzhou, Jiangsu Province
FUNDAMENTAL MISSION:
Manage Local sourcing & procurement activities and associated teams -Develop Sourcing strategy for the regional area while keeping the Division & Domain strategy -Ensure deployment of Global / Regional contracts
Ensure a good coordination between the regional area and the Domain Organization-Ensure a close relationship between mills and Sourcing organisation and measure internal customer satisfaction -Guarantee the quality of the Sourcing (Service, Quality, Price) on the regional area level -Develop local sourcing in China for the group -Development and optimization of processes in cooperation with Sourcing Process management
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Ensure the alignment of the sourcing activities with the mills targets and with the One Sourcing strategy (Domain and Division) on the regional area level
Define the sourcing strategy for the regional area (sourcing optimization, global/regional synergies …)
Define and validate the Sourcing contributions targets with the mills of the regional area and the One sourcing organization - Calculate, track & report savings on mill(s) level - Define and follow actions plans
Ensure regional area entities satisfaction on sourcing activities
Manage its team (in charge of sourcing and procurement) - Definition and evaluation of target for the team -Monthly report with co-workers (face to face meeting) - Manage Team Meetings
Ensure the quality of the sourcing process with the support of Sourcing process management Quality and Complaint Management - Follow up of Audits with suppliers - Vendor evaluation (SQM) in cooperation with Supplier Quality & Processes Domain
Report activities, KPI and arbitration requests to the Division sourcing manager
