Description of the position:

As Junior IT Auditor, you take part in the assessment of the reliability of our client’s IT environments according to international and national audit standards & frameworks (COBIT, etc.), either as part of financial audit assignments by supporting the audit teams or in the frame of advisory assignments (IT project support, IT security advisory, other IT consulting projects). In particular, as Junior IT Auditor you assist in the planning of engagements, obtaining an understanding of the organization, its environment and business processes. This information is used to assess the risk of material misstatement within the audit and systems. You should be able to identify potential risks that may result in a material misstatement or security weaknesses. Then, you will take part in performing the IT audit as well as assist in drafting reports about the identified findings, related risks and recommendations for improving IT systems and processes.

IT Audits are performed onsite at client locations in Asia Pacific, what requires significant travel time, in particular willingness to travel with our IT audit teams in Asia-Pacific. After obtaining work experience in the first 1-2 years, we encourage you to take examinations as Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and/or further professional certifications as considered useful.

Requirements:

1) Chinese Native speaker;

2) Fluent in English - written and spoken;

3) University degree in an IT related major (Computer Science, Management Information Systems etc.);

4) Basic understanding and interest in business processes / Financial Accounting, for example evidenced by internships;

5) Profound skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);

6) Willingness to travel;

7) Good communication skills, i.e. oral and written expression
