Job Responsibility：
Establish and execute sourcing strategy to achieve competitive cost position.
Ensure projects/products on time delivery through on time material availability.
Ensure good material quality through incoming quality control and close loop quality improvement.
Maintain an optimal inventory level through JIT and VMI approaches.
Reduce amount of dead material and slow moving material through regular review and reuse.
Comply with CSCM policy and circular.
