TICS ( Technical information and commercial support ) is a global organization, with team members located in Asia, Europe and American. It provides technical and commercial support to global customers through telephone, email, live chat and website forum. Also it manages and analyzes the database of customers' inquiries, activities and marketing programs. And then identifies sales leads for further sales follow up.
Responsibilities of the job:
1. Provide quick and high quality solutions to customer’s technical inquiries from forum, website and email.
2. Follow up customer complain and provide satisfied solutions to customers.
3. Complete hands-on application project.
Qualifications
:
1. Good English level for writing and talking.
2. Excellent working attitude and team work.
3. Working experience on MQX applications.
4. Working experience on ARM core MCU is preferred.
