Responsibility:
Work out base line forecast and work with Sales to generate the unconstraint demand forecast by considering all the impacts;
Compile and evaluate the functional forecast information, providing review analysis and collaboratively reviewing forecast to effectively manage supply and demand issues;
Ability to conduct "root-cause" analysis over forecast erro and responsible for improving demand planning processes and procedures;
Responsible for master production scheduling, inventory policy setting and inventory control as well as customer service level balance based on company business strategy;
Review and optimize supply process and implement the new process in local factories;
Prepare monthly reports and others based on the requirement;


Qualification :


1. A Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business or Economics;
2. Minimum 6 years working experience in demand and supply planning;
3. Experience forecasting in a company with a large SKU or component count;
4. Ability to do accurate detailed work under pressure;
5. Ability to prioritise and focus on delivery;
6. Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with internal partners, and understand business needs;
7. Good computer skills, preferably competent in Excel and knowledge of ERP planning system;
