Job brief

- Being as Inside Presales, to support hotline of call center with Inside sales team

- Being as technical consultant, to sell HP all products and solution consultation through telemarketing

- Supporting Greater China except Taiwan

- Supporting global accounts of world-wide as well as key accounts and channel accounts of China

Responsibilities

- Being as product expert, to provide HP technical consultation of Business Critical Servers and Storage Servers, such as product function, supportable capability, connectivity and upgrade, etc.

- Being as solution expert, to provide Enterprise and integration technical solution consultation of HP, such as virtualization solution, storage solution, business critical solution, cloud solution, etc.

- Coordinating with Inside sales to promote customer satisfaction

Education Required

- 2013 Bachelor or Master Degree Graduates

- Major in Computer/Software Engineering/Network Telecommunication or related field

- CET 4 and/or above

- 985 or 211 Engineering Colleges are preferred

Knowledge and Skills Required

- Mastery in English (both written and oral)

- Excellent professional performance

- Familiar with server, storage and networking is a plus

- Experience in software development and implementation is a plus

Qualification Required:

- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill

- Open personality; Resilience to stress; Be earnest and accountable for job

- Will to study and assiduous spirit

- With positive working attitude and enthusiastic to daily work

- Strong sense of team spirit
