Intel MCG (Mobility Communication Group) PSI (Platform Software Integration)　system　test team is in charge of product quality for MCG handset software and hardware platforms. Senior system test engineer is responsible for ensuring handheld platform product quality, and must be versed very well in handset development platforms based on IA and the Linux environment. The engineer identifies errors, faults and gaps in software and hardware through systematic tests. They are also responsible for maintaining documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of product features.

Responsibilities:
?Perform as the test authority to validate sensors and sensor applications of smart-phone platform
?Define test strategy, establish verification scope and analyze test coverage for sensors and sensor applications
?Design, develop platform and system level tests and execute test plans.
?Identify errors, faults and gaps in software and hardware through the use of systematic tests.
?Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of product features.
?Analyzes test results, isolate and report anomalies to ensure functionality and recommends corrective solution, work closely with development to fix problems and verify solutions
?Ensure product quality, secure test method and test environment to fulfill all the assigned test activities within approved cost, quality and time frame.
?Review and provide feedback for product requirements and customer documentation.

Qualifications:
?BS in Computer Science or BSEE is a must. MS is preferred.
?7 + years experience with system verification and test automation for mobile phone platform or telecom and data communications products.
?Strong technical expertise in the software and hardware testing and development for sensors and sensor applications of mobile phone platform.
?Be familiar with Linux Kernel, Android or Windows Mobile. C/C++ programming and Python/Perl/Shell coding is desired.
?Thorough understanding of product development life cycle and product testing methodology.
?Must be proficient in English (verbal & written)
