FAA-ACCN-C&I Controlling

Tasks Description

Responsibilities:
？ Leading and organizing the HR Controlling Function for the Bayer Group Platform in China.
？ Monitoring, budgeting, forecasting & reporting HR Cost & HR FTE Development (incl. KPI Controlling) & investigate reasons for deviation compared to budget / latest estimation
？ Providing HR Management with fast and reliable information, regular & ad-hoc reports in order to steer the HR functions.
？ Main responsible person for monitoring, budgeting, forecasting & reporting the personnel cost & FTE development for the Bayer Group Platform – supporting BGP Department Heads & Cost center owner of various functions to conduct the personnel Cost & FTE Budget
？ Acting as main contact for HR Global Heads, Local HR Business Partners, HR Experts and HR SSC regarding HR-related cost & FTE requests to
？ Closely work with HR organization regarding data collection and communication HR-related cost & FTE topics
？ ？Project support (HR-related (e.g. benchmark) – but also Support BGP Controlling team in ad-hoc & other Controlling tasks



Requirements Description

Education:
？ University degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance and Accounting, MBA or equivalent degree
？ At least 3 years of professional experience in Controlling, Internal and External Accounting, Finance, Auditing or similar fields. Additional qualifications in the HR environment are an advantage.
？ Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex quantitative analysis into key messages and recommendations
？ Proactive, structured and analytical personality.
？ High proficiency level in English
？ Sufficient IT Knowledge with respect to SAP, BW, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
