Our customer is an European company. An international Chemical Group.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new process and mixing technology
• Involvement in product qualification improvement by processing condition optimization.
• To analyse and improve current technologies and production processes, and to develop, test and implement new technologies and production processes in order to ensure the competitiveness of the production process of the company.
• Act as Process Technology Expert to support project development and execution during study, front-end loading and design phase, prepare schedules, discuss with vendors and subcontractors when necessary
• Review equipment design specification and drawings for standard and special field instruments and carry out expediting, progress control and quality inspections. Recommend, design and request funding to implement instrumentation engineering necessary for efficient project execution.
• Supervise and monitor process flow and the piping of instruments, develop master and layout plans including equipment arrangement
• Be responsible for production process control, analysis and solving the technical problems, ruling out equipment failure with technical support team;
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant local and corporate standards, regulations and codes with continuous focus on safety, security, and environmental responsibility.
  
  

Experience:

• To have a strong background in chemical engineering and technology
• At least 5 years working experience in the chemical processing industry with proven track records;
• knowledge in polymerization is appreciated
• Strong expertise applying fundamental principles of Chemical Engineering, familiar with engineering and safety standards
• Able to work and communicate clearly in a global team
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Strong desires for success, self motivated, proactively looking for new challenges.
