Our customer is an European company. An international Chemical Group.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all maintenance technicians and associated staff to ensure plant production, quality and processes flow smoothly and at minimal cost.
• Keep updated about technological developments and their potential use for the company; stay informed about relevant laws and regulations development within own domain of expertise;
• Participate in the design, installation and choice of production equipment by defining specification sheets for equipment, machine tools and other related technical specifications.
• Understand chemical processes.
• Develop and maintain programs to ensure high OLT is achieved.
• Spares / material usage analysis.
• Manage and optimize production machinery’s availability and efficiency within the framework of predictive, preventive and curative maintenance operations, while staying within pre-defined budgets. Prepare and follow the annual budget for maintenance and manage the repair of production.
• Support training coordinator in providing solutions for maintenance supervision and technicians learning and development
• Plan current and preventive maintenance operations and define work methods and processes. Build up technical documentation system concerned.
• When out-sourcing is necessary, identify suitable sub-contractors. Cooperate with related department to finalize the service scope and the service contract in terms of technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies; Actively participate to improve the safety level of the plant in terms of equipment modification and safety device development
• Supervise, motivate, coach and evaluate the members of his/her team
  
  

Experience:

• At least 8 years in the mechanical workshop/reliability in a big/medium size international Chemical production environment;
• Degree (4 years) of mechanics major.
• Working knowledge of applicable mechanical codes, installation requirements and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to use various troubleshooting techniques to solve problems
• Able to work and communicate clearly in a global team
• Fluent in English
