Technical support Engineer

Responsibility:

- Provide technical support to end user, agents and distributors within the set industry.

- Collect supplier information including their product range

- Manages the customers’ expectation and solve the issue/claim with authority.

- Coordinate with supplier and other functional support department to make smooth progress of the projects.

Requirement:

- Skilled knowledge in mechanical engineering/manufactory parts.

- Open mind with customer focus attitude.

- The ability to multi task; good time management skills

- Strong organizational skills

- The ability to work in a team environment yet has strong individual drive and motivation

- Communication in both Mandarin and English is essential.

- Willing to travel on frequent base.

- Skilled on Microsoft application, such as word and Excel.

- Bachelor degree ( mechanical or metal material is preferred.)

- At least three years working experience.
