急聘Associate Consultant, Consultant, Sr. Consultant, Managing Consultant.

主要职责：
1.充分理解客户需求，完成客户岗位职责的分析；
2.制定完善的人才寻访方案；
3.寻访目标候选人，负责甄选、面试、评估候选人，为候选人提供专业的职业规划帮助，帮助其找到最优的职业发展路线；
4.向客户提供专业化、标准化以及系统的人才推荐报告；
5.协调和推动客户进一步安排候选人的面试并及时反馈面试结果；
6.向客户提供完善的候选人背景调查、薪资谈判及后续跟踪服务；
7.协调客户和被录用者之间良好的关系，关注被录用者的职业发展；
8.深入挖掘新老客户的招聘需求，维护客户关系，进行客户拓展工作；

任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，应届生或半年以上工作经历；
2.具有猎头行业、人力资源或销售相关从业经验者优先；
3.个性成熟、有亲和力，性格开朗、乐观积极；
4.优秀的协调能力和出色的沟通、说服、引导能力；
5.良好的团队协作能力，富有高度的责任心与职业操守；
6.较强的学习能力、优秀的执行力；
7.office办公软件操作熟练。
