About the role and responsibilities角色与责任:

· Responsible for one or more major accounts’ daily operation performance and act as single communication window for daily shipping requirements. Monitor service like transit time performance on daily basis.

· Study global and local SOP for key account, follow up SOP to serve customer. Highlight adjustments to key account manager and implementation team to maintain and update SOP.

· Follow up tariff and global billing process. Communicate with oversea station regarding billing issues, work with operation team on bill back charge or other charges to reflect a correct P&L and spread share in system.

· Deliver and emphasis the service requirements to operation team. Coordinate with other team members to provide best customer service to our customers in all respects, which include, but not limit to, regular contact with customers, complete booking process as well as documentation service and system input. Work with operation leader and KAM for the improvement items if required.

· Work with IT and VQI team to fulfill the system requirements of customers and take lead on such tasks. Guide operation team and documentation team on such activities.

· Follow the profit lose on each lane or each shipment, understand the reason of lose. Report the lost to KAM and management side for further study.

· Solve Red-alert for responsible key account.

· Update the FSC information or other variable cost information to global side timely.

· Understand the various internal system and its linkages to each other to extract the appropriate data as well as reports.

· Prepare daily service report once required, monthly transit time reports, REV reports, P&L Reports.

· Worked as backup for key account manager to response service requirements to customer.

· File related docs and emails to meet internal audit requirement.

· Provide service to enhance customer service, which include, but not limited to above all responsibilities.

Who we are looking for我们寻找的人才:

· College degree or above

· At least 2 years working experience in customer service position in freight forwarding industrial

· Fluent English in oral, writing and listening. (CET-4)

· Knowledge on operation process as well as airfreight and ocean freight market.

· Good communication skills

· Hard worker and team player

· Good computer skills. Well versed in office software, especially on word, excel, and ppt
