我司想找一位有管理能力的工程销售总监，协助拓展全国性的工程业务。

基本要求：
－超过10年的涂料业务经验，最好是有工程销售及服务的经验。
－有全国性的品牌经验。

工作职责：
－全国的工程销售业务，包括大客户攻关及全国各地办事处的销售。
－建立一套完善的服务全国各地销售的系统。
－管理一个约40－50人的团队。
