F&I Manager
Key Objectives and Scope of the Position
-Develop financial products /services and communicate financial product /services internally and externally to ensure adequate SF awareness and support sales target achievement.
Major Responsibilities and Degree of Influence
-Working in dealership as SF representative;

-Promoting and selling SF products /services in the showroom;
确保金融贷款和车辆保险业务的市场推广材料的合理展示和设立
-Provide one-stop financial services to retail customers;
为宝马汽车用户提供金融贷款业务的一站式讲解和报价
-Optimize the showroom sales process relevant to SF business activities, provide financial products /services training to dealer sales consultants;keep daily dialogue with dealer management and dealer sales function to maximize the penetration of financial services;
为经销店的销售顾问提供持续的金融保险的业务培训,并建立和保持与经销店的紧密联系,以确保经销商对金融保险业务的支持
-Achieve sales target assigned by area /regional managers.Keep daily report to the area manager to timely update the business progress and result;
根据业务要求完成和提交工作报表和市场信息
-Keep daily contact with SF retail credit acceptance function to ensure the efficiency of credit underwriting process;
按照相关规定提交贷款申请和文件材料给信用审核部门
-Keep daily contact with insurance partner, partner bank and local vehicle bureau to assist finance customers in the entire transaction process.
在整个交易过程中向客户提供关于保险,贷款银行及相关信息服务
Qualifications
-College graduate or technical school certificate, bachelor degree is definite plus.
-Good inter-person communication skill, having positive personality;
-Good command of office hardware /software usage, quick learning at any kind of front-end system developed by back office;
-Target /business result driven, able to be self-disciplined while working in location where far away from back and central offices.
Experience
-Minimum 3 years work experience and 1 year experience of sales function in banking, inusrance and service industries.
