Job Aim

1.舞弊风险预防和商业监察主任负责公司舞弊、腐败风险预防项目的计划和实施以及监察公司内外商业活动。

2.监督执行FCPA、UK Bribery Act等腐败法案，并采取预防措施防止违规行为的发生。
3.发展商业异常行为的自动侦测工具以提高监控公司的异常商业交易的能力；分析、监控公司的商业交易异常行为，应用数据分析工具对交易数据建模分析、探索性分析以发现潜在的舞弊或违规行为，对风险指标进行分析发现潜在的舞弊或违规行为。
4.协助舞弊调查经理开展专业的内外部商业舞弊调查，开展商业成本调查。
5.对举报热线平台进行专业化管理，改进举报热流程，建立科学的举报奖励机制，建诚信沟通平台，对内部员工的道德疑问和咨询提供实时、专业帮助和解答。
6.收集、评估、发布商业舞弊、贿赂情报，对识别的舞弊风险和可能造成影响的漏洞采取相应的措施也防止损害的发生。
7.积极倡导公司正直的职业准则和清廉的公司文化，担承公司“廉洁形象大使”。
8.发展和组织定期的内部员工的职业道德培训。组织员工开展丰富多彩的“诚信”主题活动。
9.开展定期的供应商、合作伙伴的商业道德培训项目。
10.对公司招、投、开标进行监督，发展招投标舞弊分析项目。
11.对新合作伙伴和合同商、承建商进行背景调查和尽职调查，发展新入职员工职前调查方法和流程。对案件发现的内控漏洞和薄弱环节提出合理、可行建议，并持续跟踪内控改进措施。
Key Accountabilities
1.通过不断的停止舞弊和违规行为的发生以保护公司的利润和声誉，倡导和促进公司诚信和廉洁文化。
2.通过高效的监督和检查措施监控公司内外的商业活动，以预防和发现公司内外的舞弊行为。
3.通过高效的舞弊风险评估、分析、监控以增强公司预防和控制舞弊风险的能力。
4.管理、维护和发展舞弊分析、监控和情报数据库系统。
5.建立合作伙伴和供应商的诚信检查和背景调查程序以及员工职前背景调查程序。
6.通过发展、管理多元化的舞弊预防项目和诚信培训项目，以达到“不愿”舞弊目标；通过不断的改进内控，堵塞漏洞，达到“不能”舞弊目标；通过高效的监控、调查手段切实提高发现舞弊的机率以达到“不敢”舞弊目标。


Requirements:


1.该职位要求候选人具体较高的分析判断能力以及职业的谨慎性，同时具备较强组织沟通能力以及一定的商业调查技能；候选人应具备高标准的诚信要求。
2.具有５年以上的内部控制、审计、监察、舞弊风险预防相关的工作经历，条件优秀者可以放宽；
3.有一定的调查技能和法律知识。
4.要求有良好的沟通和人际交往的能力和技巧。
5.有较好的组织培训经验。
6.需要有较强的数据分析能力。
7.熟练的的ＰＰＴ和ＥＸＣＥＬＬ等办公软件运用能力。
8.大学及以上学历。
9.法律、审计等相关专业。
