Principal Accountabilities

1.Develops and monitors test plan including test case design, test scripts, testing schedule

and test execution.

2.Identify, document, and track software defects.

3.Setup and configures test environments and reproduce customer issues.

4.Prepares project documents throughout the project cycle.

5.Documenting testing results and obtaining sign-off from users.

6.Maintains corporate application list.

7.Partnering with our end users, Business Analysts and Project Manager to clearly

understand and record the functionality of the systems.

Authority

1.Perform testing according to testing schedule.

2.Follow priorities of function to be completed.

3.Follow policies and procedures.

4.Monitor and analyze testing issues quickly and efficiently.

5.Develop and maintain defect log.

6.Participates in documentation creation of the new projects from planning, coordinating,

writing to final approved version.

7.Test the third party hardware and software and report significant findings regarding

business services applications to the Quality Assurance Lead.

8.Acts as first line of support for testing, including entering and closing issues and working

with test cases.

9.Works with the Application Developer / external suppliers to ensure test cases and

scenarios are being tested

General Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Computor Science or related;

- at least 2 years' work experience in related field;

- Excellent English skills;

- Good communication skills;

- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment;

- Be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks;

- Willingness to work under pressure.

Technical requirements:
·Solid IT skills and attention to detail
·Basic understanding of Web Servers and Server configuration
·Exposure to software development, web development
The ideal candidate will have some experience or exposure with the following:

·Server Side Programing (Any of C#, VB, Java, Python, Ruby ect.)

·Web Development: HTML, CSS, Javascript)

·Powershell
