职位描述
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Direct the import & export process, warehouse activities and staff, and supervise the replenishment activities.
2. Work with customs agent to properly handle import & export formalities insuring timely and efficient processing of shipments with no fines resulted by violations.
3. Manage warehouse and distribution activities to meet company's efficiency, safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
4. Arrange physical inventory counts, and maintain inventory accuracy.
5. Manage logistics companies to provide timely shipment of products to customers, monitoring quality, quantity, costs, and efficiency of the movement of products.
6. To control costs, inventory level and improve inventory turns.
7. Purchase packaging materials and miscellaneous items.
8. Source components for export.
Background & experience required:
1. University graduate with major in logistics management, chemistry or business administration
2. Minimum 6 years work experience in logistics with preference in manufacturing industry.
3. Good import & export customs knowledge and experience.
4. Capability to learn purchasing and sourcing skills
5. Minimum 3 years experience at supervisor level and good at managing and motivating subordinates
6. ERP experience with good computer skills
7. Good English skills, both written / oral
8. Honesty and integrity
