Job Summary:
Play a role as administrative assistant, as the primary administrative support to Branch General Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support of office management
- Provide efficient administrative support to Branch General Manager
- Prepare correspondence, minutes, reports, etc.
- Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements
- Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiries
- Establish and maintain files and records
- Coordinate corporate affairs with external body like industrial organisations regulators etc.
- Handle and arrange senior delegations visits from headquarters or Asia Pacific Region
- Other ad hoc tasks / relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management
Candidate Profile:
- Academic Background: Bachelor degree or administrative secretary training
- Working Experience / Technical Skills & Know how: Minimum 3-4 years working experience in a similar position in big MNCs
- Skills & Competencies:?
Possess good interpersonal skills and have a proactive and can-do attitude
Must be able to work independently, and be a good team player
Work well under pressure, be detail-minded and have good time management skill
Energetic, have sense of humour and be self motivated.
Have patient and really prudential working attitude.
- Language Skills:
English : fluency is a must
Chinese : fluent Mandarin speaking and Chinese writing skill is a must
Other : French comprehension is of advantage
- Computer Skill: Familiar with Microsoft office tools; proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), lotus notes
- Overtime is required sometimes
