Key Objectives:

• This position is responsible to combine expat function from Module AG, AD, AF and replace with local capacity

Major Responsibilities:

• Be engineering member in localization projects front and rear light, horn and wash systems.

• Represent development department in China for BMW projects.

• Ensure to build and print understanding at supplier.

• Represent development at supplier and in-house process partners like purchase, quality, plant and logistics.

• Be connector in development tasks between FIZ, plant and suppliers.

• Support suppliers with development service in development issues.

• Give support to analyze field issues.

Education / Degree:

• Degree (Bachelor/Master) in Engineering Science

• Minimum 3 years of working experience

Knowledge / Skills / Competences:

• Business fluent language skills in Chinese and English

• German language skills are beneficial, but interested in learning German language

• Extensive knowledge in development of front and/or rear light systems

• Basic up to advanced knowledge in front and rear end systems

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools

• Knowledge in Catia V5 Construction or similar

• Analytical skills

• Team competence

• Ability to work and gather information independently

• Certain appearance in meetings and presentations

• Ability to travel frequently (Greater China)

Experience:

• 4-6 years’ professional experience in related areas

• Chinese driving license C1
