职位描述

Key Objectives:


  • The Assistant Design IT Manager Sales will consult Business departments in the specification of Requirement and ensures the correct and efficient realization in the future IT solution together with our suppliers. Furthermore he will be responsible for the Change & Release Management, Software Lifecycle Management and supports planning and commercials. The Assistant IT Design manager sales will be responsible to keep the template approach in the sales process for BBA and NSC.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Business consultancy to Business key users, fully responsible for all requirements of business departments as well legal requirements.

  • Fully responsible for business & system proposal and system specification in alignment with BMW AG counter parts and other NSCs, BBA

  • Fully responsible for plan & control of system development and maintenance including supplier management and supplier commercials

  • Change requests management and proposal for prioritization, timing, efforts and implementation

  • Responsible for System test case definition, test execution, sign-off and release notes in collaboration with test manager and business departments

  • Fully responsible for Handover of system development and project deliverables to support team

  • Fully responsible for Key users training and communication

  • Fully responsible for Data analysis & System performance analysis

  • Fully responsible for Plan and monitor internal & external resources

  • Fully responsible for Planning of the necessary hardware and software


Education / Degree:


  • University degree / graduated in Information Technology/ Management or similar


Knowledge / Skills / Competences:


  • Knowledge of operative processes within Automotive, e.g. Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, CRM etc.

  • Project management

  • Analytical mind to problem solving (root cause analysis, ability to look for the 'whole' solution)

  • Software development. Databases and programming

  • Knowledge of MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Expert SAP SD, MM, VMS knowledge would be good

  • Organizational competence, structured working style, Process-oriented thinking,Customer orientation

  • Strong interpersonal skills, Teamplayer

  • Fluent in Chinese and English in both writing and speaking, German is an advantage

  • Work style: Reliable, self dependent, communicative, flexible, motivate


Experience:


  • 4~6 years of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of IT solutions

  • 1~3 years of common IT Systems like SAP, Java, .NET, C# etc.

  • 4~6 years of leading a (development) team

  • 4~6 years of working experience in an international enterprise, preferably some years abroad.

  • 4~6 years of time management, Configuration management, Project management

  • 1~3 years of supplier management experience.
