Roles & Responsibilities:
The DragonMail Project Manager is responsible for building smooth relationship with ISP, managing and monitoring the email deliverability issues, managing the migration work for customers between cheetah and dragon platform, cooperating with multiple marketing sales teams and doing the product management for multiple language platform.
The successful candidate will be required to have the experience and ability to carry out, but not limited to, the following duties and tasks such as,
· Providing feasible planning/suggestion to the management team according to China E-marketing development.
· Collaborate with different business departments to accomplish switch and migration tasks and achieve project outputs.
· Interact with the sales department, service department and ender users to make sure work efforts and deliverables by providing pre-sales training, requirement investigation as well as new product upgrading.
Cooperate with international team to ensure the product and platform availability.
Job Requirement:
· Demonstrated EDM deliverability expertise;
· Extensive experience in project management and controls;
· Multi-national working experience is request;
· Good knowledge on E-marketing and online service;
· Training experience is a plus;
· Strong communication skills in English (oral & written);
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
· The successful candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
