职位描述/要求：
岗位职责：
1. 制定或执行区域销售政策，带领团队完成区域销售目标；
2. 管理发展和培训销售队伍，随访，检查，指导下属拜访工作；
3. 保持良好沟通，带领团队协助公司完成市场，招标，物价等活动；
资历要求：
1.医药相关专业，熟悉当地市场，具有一年以上销售管理经验；
2. 为人正直，热情，高度的责任感，具有团队协作及创新精神；
3. 高效沟通及辅导和发展下属的能力；
