Assistant Manager Certification Aftersales

Employment – full time

Tasks

Technically support on customs tariff codes classification and license/certificate application to hub operation team and service providers so as to ensure that the proper implementation of BMW/MINI aftersales products to China market.

Key Responsibility

- Be responsible for legal compliance management across porty of entry in China, especially customs tariff codes requirement alignment.

- To interpret new customs & CIQ policy and provide the guidance or consultancy to internal and external business departments.

- To steer and optimize the import and export process for continuous improvement.

- To be responsible for continuous improvement action plan for agreed target achievement, mainly minimize the risks of parts block to China market

- Managerial responsibilities for service providers' performance.

- Contract management for aftersales parts import/export business.

- To be responsible for management of parts license and certificate.

- Responsible for test equipment build up process by leading a cross-functional project team consisting of equipment suppliers, product development, purchasing, infrastructure planning, building services, facility management and health and safety

- Specification of requirements of buildings and infrastructure

- Responsibility of test bench operation according to health and safety regulations

- Plan Carrying out test programs and guiding test bench operators in executing test programs and measurement of resources / capacity for test bench with product development department

- Developing test programs and methods in collaboration with the product development departments and equipment suppliers (profile, temperature, humidity, etc.)

- Analysis, interpretation and presentation of test results

- 24/7 first level support for fire brigade, security and facility management in case of emergency

Qualification

- Knowledge of regulations related to Customs & CIQ operation.

- Background in international trade/technology is preferred

- Supply chain/Imp. & Exp. knowledge

- Good team work spirit and good communication skills

- Skilled application in MS office and SAP

- Proficient English both in oral and written

- Has the knowledge of tariff code classification.
