Location: Beijing, Beijing, China
Responsibilities:
• Drive the PMTDR programme: coordination of the MMP process,TMSR,the reward & recognition scheme and the OU league ranking as well as local activities.
• Set and facilitate the achievement of operational targets;
• Manage the yellow cards/caution letters / breach warning and red cards / termination letters process;
• Support JV to manage the Retailer Pipeline process;
• Monitor KPIs (global & local) as well as service level agreements between the customer service center,Retailers,JV Operations Support Team and Sales & Ops;
• Manage the Call Planning Cycle as well as monitor Territory Managers (TMs) workload and compliance with the right involvement guideline;
• To support the roll out of tools and processes involving JV TMs and District Managers (DMs)
• Interface with the customer service center and Sales & Ops in the management of end customer complaints;
• Interface with Distribution on fuels replenishment areas;
• Liaise with the central Channel Management team as a Subject Matter Expert in all areas related to Site Operational Excellence,Call Planning Cycle and Compliance & Performance guidelines
• Responsible for assuring the compliance and adherence with the global policies and standards related to the site operations manuals,Call Planning Cycle,Compliance & Performance guidelines
• Contract Management Support -
Uniform Supply – Order confirmation of all JVs,Uniform quality & branding correctness control,contract renewal support and contractor selection.
Mysterious Motorist Program – monthly & quarterly report,leading and organizing quarterly communication meeting,contract renewal support,payment management,quality control through accompanying with MM visits,etc.
