职位描述

Campus Recruiting

? Own overall campus recruiting strategy; create and evaluate key success metrics to measure effectiveness and ensure success; make recommendations where necessary
? Build and maintain strong working relationships with elite universities with the goal of increasing on-campus presence and positioning as a top employer
? Oversee and coordinate logistics: accountable for annual campus recruiting budget, manage recruiting calendar, facilitate on-campus events, maintain accurate job descriptions, schedule interviews, and cultivate an environment for a positive candidate experience

Corporate Recruiting

? Collaborate closely with the hiring managers to understand position requirement, scheduling interviews and take feedback on the candidates interviewed; maintain open hiring plans; budget forecasting
? Serve as first point of contact to prospective candidates; perform initial phone screens; schedule onsite visits; host debriefs as necessary with the interviewing team(s)
? Build robust pipeline of candidates through directly reaching out to candidates using various channels like networking sites, jobsite, employee referral, company website etc.





Generalist

? Serve as front-line support for general employee inquiries; administer leave
? Provide hands-on oversight of client departments' evaluation, compensation and promotion processes.
? Coach and counsel managers on employee relations issues, employee development strategies, organization management and delivery of training initiatives.
? Oversees performance review process and creates year end compensation reviews and reports
? Responsible for proactively apprising HQ of regional issues and developments.
? Negotiate compensation offers; acquire offer approvals; create written offers
? Perform new hire orientation; facilitate new hire paperwork
? Maintain the integrity of systems by accurately and timely entering and removing employees in to HR applications
? Complete exit interviews; summarize feedback to management when appropriate
? Provide a high level of service to employees as it relates to benefit management, employee relations issues and professional development.
? Participate in numerous projects/initiatives as appropriate


Candidate Profile:
? 4-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a start up environment.
? Bachelor’s or Masters degree in related field
? Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities
? Fluency in both English and Mandarin required.
? Experience and knowledge of various Asia labor laws and customs
? Must have successful track record working in a team environment
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and organization and attention to detail
