Job description;

1. Level 1 and Level 2 IT operations support for Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen offices

2. manage third parties – contractors, vendors and Mentor customers

3. participate in regional and global IT projects and implementation

4. able to lead and customize local user requirements

5. assist in yearly financial budgeting, building users IT competency skills and users development programs

6. able to document processes and provide local training

7. provide periodic reports and user requirement gathering

Requirements;

1. minimum degree in IT or related

2. good inter-personal and communication skill

3. 5 years’ experience preferable in US or Europe MNC

4. Good Linux and Microsoft technical skills

5. Working background with unified communication and possess certified Microsoft training

6. Minimum travel maybe require
