- From our GSS AFS AP Team, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist. Providing an accurate and timely accounting service in line with company regulations and guidelines

What are my responsibilities?
- Open reception service on time according to GSS A&F reception service policies;
- Perform receiving, registration and distribution in an accurate and timely manner according to GSS A&F reception service handbook.
- Check, register and deliver 3rd party payment request to scan center in an accurate and timely manner.
- Take initiative to greet customers and introduce relevant reception service workflow and polices to all new customers.
- Monitor the quality of incoming/outgoing document registration forms from customers and report to management on a regular basis
- Provide customer feedback to management in a timely manner.
- Being able to reinforce control to customers (internal and external) and proactively spot and escalate issues to management
- Being innovative to provide suggestion for improvement including but not limited to scanning & AFS processes.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Profess. Knowledge:
- Accounting principle of revenue (IFRS) & Finance in Siemens
- China fapiao regulation
- SVAT regulation
- SOA requirement
- PRC GAAP/ Local Tax Regulation
Technologies:

- SAP Customer Account,MS office
Methodologies:

- Support kinds of project related operation part
- Communication skills.
